MUSICAL GREASE
This choreography by Cüneyt – created for the theatre in Kriens, Switzerland – was one of his absolute career highlights. A 1950s high school musical about summer lovers Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson, their reunion at Rydell High, friendships, rivalries, and teenage adventures.
Background:
The musical Grease first premiered on Broadway in 1972 and was nominated for seven Tony Awards. In 1978, the movie adaptation starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John became an international success. Music, lyrics, and story by Jim Jacobs & Warren Casey.
Success:
An enthusiastic audience rewarded the performance with long applause and a standing ovation, accompanied by wonderful reviews in international newspapers and musical magazines.

A story about the singer Sally Bowles and the American Cliff Bradshaw in Berlin, their encounter at the Kit Kat Club, their love and conflicts, and the political backdrop of the Nazis. Cüneyt performed as a dancer, actor, and singer in the 2001 stage production of Cabaret, which premiered at the Freiburger Theater in Germany. Choreography by Georg Giraldo. Directed by Jens Schmidl.

Engagement as a dancer, actor and singer in the 1998 touring production of the musical Beauty and the Beast, a fairytale love story between the beautiful Belle and the haunted prince. The German premiere of this touring production took place at the Capitol Theater in Düsseldorf and the tour took place mainly in Germany, with performances also in Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. Choreography by Melissa King. Directed by Matthias Davids.

The film version won two Oscars in 1992, and the stage musical premiered on Broadway on 18 April 1994, winning both a Tony Award and the 1998 Laurence Olivier Award. On 22 September 1994, the German premiere took place at the Sartory Theatre in Cologne.

Engagement as a dancer and singer in the 2001 stage production of Evita, which tells the story of the charismatic Eva Perón, from her humble beginnings to her rise as Argentina’s First Lady, amid power, politics, and passion. Premiered at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt am Wörthersee in Austria. Choreography by Melissa King. Directed by Dietmar Pflegerl.

Choreography by Cüneyt – created for the Scala Theatre in Basel, Switzerland – featuring a unique new staging and a variety of engaging choreographies that were very well received by the audience.

SUPPORTING ACT RIHANNA WITH EMEL
Choreography and engagement as a dancer for Rihanna’s concert in Basel, in collaboration with singer Emel. The powerful performance blended commercial and stage dance styles and was a unique experience on stage.
Success:
10000 enthusiastic fans celebrated the show with standing ovations, and Cueneyt had the pleasure of meeting Rihanna backstage after the performance.

Development of several choreographies for the presentation of the new Suzuki Swift.

A show full of power with a lot of dynamic, which presented the brilliant new Suzuki Swift model thanks to dedicated dancers. Potential and existing customers could learn more about the company and experience the Suzuki brand.

An international dance workshop with guest teacher LaVelle Smith Jr., who danced and worked as a choreographer with Michael Jackson and numerous international stars.

POTSDAM FASHION BALL BERLIN
Choreography of the fashion show, including a detailed concept for lighting and music, at the Filmpark Babelsberg – famous for The Neverending Story. Renowned designers wanted their fashion creations to be presented in an impressive and artistic show.
Success:
Magical fashion designs were presented by models, artists, and professional dancers under the stars, following a theme of 1001 Nights. My collaborator @Projekt provided captivating lighting effects and music. A fantastic culinary experience completed the atmospheric evening.

HOTEL & GASTRO UNION BRAGARD
Choreography for a multi-day dance and fashion show at the Igeho trade fair in Basel.

The guests were delighted by the performance and rewarded the dancers with well-deserved applause.

A new car presentation choreographed by Cueneyt with male and female dancers. The new BMW model was unveiled and powerfully staged through expressive movement and dynamic performance.

SINGER HAIDUCII
Development of Cueneyt’s choreography and his engagement as a dancer for singer Haiducii at the KV Festival in Zurich. Stage star Haiducii reached first place in the charts with her hit song “Dragostea Din Tei.”
Success:
Around 2,500 enthusiastic party fans rewarded the performance with loud applause. Popular DJs such as DJ Tatana, DJ Antoine, and Aystep kept the energy high throughout the night.
